Now the motley band of ex-timeshare salesmen and women are offering advice on Pension Releases, Pensions Reviews, General Insurance, Life Insurance, Illness Cover, PPI Claims, Packaged Bank Accounts, Debt Management Plan Claims and Timeshare Compensation.
Now if I am mistaken, I believe that if you take over a regulated enterprise you are required to notify the regulator by filling out a declaration which requires you to disclose if you have been the subject of trading standards complaints or have or are being investigated by the Police. The reason is to protect the consumers thus, what has been filed, one has to wonder.

You can see that the company is limited and operates from its registered office at Midland House 2 Pool Rd Bournemouth, England BH2 5 G7Y. The directing mind is no other than Mr Mark Thomas Rowe and Directs the company with a Solicitor called Mr Clifford Donald Wing of Reichmann & Wing Ltd. Tel No 0208-363-4382
Mark Thomas Rowe has never performed an act of contrition and for the many scams he has pulled in the past, therefore, I suggest, he might be up to his old tricks and with this regulated business. So let’s refresh ourselves.
From 2014 Mr Rowe became the principle in Complete Internets Solutions Ltd [CIS]. It is domiciled in the Seychelles and created “Monster Credits”, CIS licenced the sale of the Credits to Hollywood Marketing SLU [HM] (a Spanish company he controlled), who again licensed the sale the Credits to Glenmore consulting Ltd [Glenmore] based in the UK.
TESS’s estimates the 3 companies mis-sold over £28 million in Monster Credits to consumers. The scam involved HM advertising they could sell timeshares, they valued the timeshare at £000’s, which induced consumers to meet with Glenmore. When they did meet with Glenmore they would not sell the consumers timeshare, but sold them worthless Monster Credits, which was a Ponzi Scheme and a “bait and switch” scam.
After the debacle was reported on the BBC they reported on it and produced a program called “Timeshare Timebomb”. It appears that the Monster Credit product has collapsed now, millions were lost, and the supporting banks of Monster Credits were sued and damages are being paid out due to TESS’s intervention and assistance.
This shambolic crime is presently being investigated by Zephyr which is the Regional Organised Crime Unit (ROCU) established in September 2010 to identify, disrupt and dismantle organised crime groups impacting on the South West of England.
It is a collaboration of the five forces in the region – Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire working across county borders. It brings together the capability and funding to gather intelligence, crack serious and organised crime networks and seize the assets of the criminals involved.
Zephyr is led by Police Assistant Chief Constable, David Lewis.
The scams have now moved on and into selling legal dreams via ABC Lawyers Ltd who are not now nor have ever been lawyers [just ex-timeshare sale people].
They suggest they sell and protract timeshare terminations by the best [sorry the very best] lawyers, however, one such lawyer they use, has been struck off and jailed for fraud.
To up the fees as well as selling law, they also sell the right to stay in lodges which do not exist, on land which they do not own. The new venture is called “Staycations Lodges” and complaints are rushing in.
This venture which hasn’t been built, on land not owned, is managed by another connected company called Staycations lodges (management) Ltd co 10332906. Which manages the non-existent lodges for a fee paid in advance.
To ensure that timeshare consumers and the descent shown are controlled, Mr Rowe acquired Tolmex Ltd which in turn acquired the Timeshare Consumer Association TCA website, which overtly admonishes Mark Rowe’s opponents and critics, but covertly promotes and legitimises his own dodgy enterprises.
Should you not want to buy into Staycations, you are sold membership into “Jive hippo” an electrical wholesaler peddling goods not warehoused, not bought or ordered and at above market rates for upfront fees which might be delivered.
And as a marketing ploy in May 2017 Mr Rowe created timeshare Protection Plan Ltd which if the company title is correct will protect you, however as the company is only worth £1 pound one might suggest the alleged protection offered will be slightly underfunded.
No doubt with the astounding intellect of Lee Roy Pallister collapsed Justice 4 enterprise including but not limited to “Hello Consulting” and “Tuloca Ltd” we are in for more revelations from the consumer who have had their pockets emptied again.
